10 YEAR WARRANTY
All buildings supplied by us come with a full 10 year guarantee. We promise that if your building has any manufacturing issues we will replace or repair the issue. We pride ourselves on looking after our customers and ensuring they are 100% happy with their building. Our workmen fully inspect all buildings during the construction stage and ensure all components are working as expected.
PLANNING PERMISSION
The great thing about all the buildings installed by us is that they do not usually require planning permission. This is because they are less than 2.5 metres in height and can be positioned away from your boundary. We can fully assess this during the free consultation to ensure your building can be fitted with minimal fuss making install and completion as stress free as possible. As long as your building is installed in situ, the installation will be stress free and easy.
SITE CLEARANCE
Adequite space will be required to ensure your building is installed successfully. This will be assessed during a site visit by one of our expert surveyors.
BASE WORK
When it comes to base work we ensure your building is secure and level making for a comfortable experience when in the building. We then use modular lightweight zinc coated mild steel panels that are insulated using aluminium foil. This makes for excellent thermal performance guaranteeing you stay warm when using the room. As well-designed base will also reduce heat wastage and help support other energy efficient elements including windows and doors.
DECKING & HARD LANDSCAPING
We ensure that the land your building will be installed onto is level and safe, making your building extremely steady and secure. We consider all aspects when confirming the position your building will be installed and ensure there is no risk of land contamination or anything that could affect the building once installed. The ground also needs to be inspected to determine whether ground screw or traditional concrete is the best solution for your building.
ELECTRIC, SOUND, VISION
When it comes to installing electrics including mains power, TVs onto walls and stereo systems, we ensure everything is in place for you to do this. We ensure all electricians on site are trained and have a professional level of experience. All our buildings come with a 2-way consumer unit to protect lighting and electric appliances. They are size appropriate to save wall space. This also makes them discreet so that your garden room remains stylish.
INTERNAL FINISHES & ROOFING
Our buildings come with high quality interior design elements as standard. This includes wood effect laminate flooring, primed white skirting boards and primed white walls. Upgradable add-ons are available including blinds, aluminium frame windows and doors. All roofing is manufactured from lightweight zinc coated mild steel framework and has a reflective breather membrane. All roofs installed by us are incredibly durable and have anti-condensation roof sheets.
EXTERIOR FINISHING, CLADDING, ROOFING
All of our buildings are installed with cladding to improve the overall appearance. Cladding is also ideal for further protecting the metal and acting as a shield against tough weather conditions. We also install roofing that is extremely durable and ensure that there is no risk of the roof being affected by rain downfall.
