Do I need planning permission?
No. Our buildings are designed with a standard height of 2.5 mtrs, therefore planning permission is not required. All buildings will require a 400mm clearance between the boundary or obstacle to adhere to building regulations.
Do I need
foundations?
Yes, foundations will be required prior to the installation of the garden room, the type and size of the foundation will be assessed during your site survey.
How long does installation take?
Our conveniently designed construction system allows us to quickly install our buildings into your garden. Installation typically takes 3 days subject to site conditions and access.
What can I use my building for?
Our buildings can be used as a garden offices, yoga studio, playroom, man cave or simply somewhere to escape.
Do you offer
finance?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer finance.
Is mains connection included?
Mains connection is currently not included. This is an additional cost. We can make arrangements for a qualified electrician to carry out all works required to get you up and running.
Do you carry out a size survey?
Typically a site survey is not required, however we can carry out a site survey for your peace of mind. Our highly qualified site surveyor will ensure a seamless installation process.
If I move can I take my building with me?
Yes. Our buildings are designed for disassembly, so they can be unbolted, dismantled and transported to your new home.
Is a phone line and
internet included?
Unfortunately a phone line installation is not included in the price. This is an additional cost which we can arrange on your behalf.
Do you offer a bespoke design service?
Yes. Our dedicated design team are on hand to help your shape your garden building in order to meet your specific requirements.
What is the
internal finish?
The floor, skirting board will be fully installed. The walls are primed MDF ready for you to decorate to your desired taste.
Do I need to prepare the site prior to installation?
No preparation is required prior to installation. Ensure that grounds are free of bushes and trees and the site is clear ready for groundworks.
What guarantee do you offer?
As standard we offer a 10 year guarantee which covers any manufacturing defaults.
