Standard Garden Room Features
One of the most important features is perhaps the doors and windows, so we offer high quality dark grey windows, which come equipped with ventilation modules. When you get into the heart of the interior, you may also benefit from the range of laminate flooring options we have available, which come in a selection of colours for you to choose from.
Depending on the decor you want to have, we make sure the right canvas is in place with primed white walls and skirting boards ready to be decorated.
Any lighting and electrics will also be taken care of with 2 LED uplighters with dimmer compatibility and two-way consumer units just some of the features available. Across the interior, we will handle any required sockets and switches, whether that be three recessed double sockets or a double light switch. With a canopy installed on the outside, you will also have a stylish oak effect cladding on the underside of the canopy with low voltage LED lights to welcome you.
Since the cool weather experienced during the winter may deter you from using your garden room, we also supply heating with one thermostat-controlled oil filled radiator to help combat low temperatures. Furthermore, heavy rainfall will also be dealt with effectively as black PVCU guttering will be fitted around the rear with a downpipe positioned either to the left or right side.
